Job summary

RadNet, Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules.

The role requires translating business requirements into technical designs and delivering high-quality configurations and integrations. You will collaborate with the Director of IT Service Management and cross-functional teams to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM and SPM processes and modules.
• Experience building and supporting ServiceNow integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Application Developer.
• ITIL Foundation or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and custom solutions.
• Develop client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and integrations.
• Implement advanced configurations and low-code/no-code solutions as needed.
• Build and maintain service catalog items, workflows, and automation.
• Design, develop, and support REST, SOAP integrations; collaborate across teams.
• Follow governance, perform code reviews, and document designs and runbooks.
