The ideal candidate should have strong JavaScript proficiency and be a Certified System Administrator. Qualifications

• 5+ years of total experience including 3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS, UI Builder, and Flow Designer.
• Must be Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize core modules including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and GRC/IRM.
• Develop automation strategies using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and adherence to governance standards.
