Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking a qualified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist for a Federal DoW client. This fully remote role requires delivering the complete ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, collaborating with Agile teams, and translating client needs into concrete configurations.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years' experience, 4+ years in ServiceNow configuration/deployment, and strong Agile DevSecOps experience in client environments. Some travel within CONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; disciplines include engineering, finance, economics, OR mathematics preferred.
• 6+ years of work experience.
• 4+ years in configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow platform or applications.
• Experience with Agile DevSecOps in client environments and ServiceNow capabilities.

Responsibilities

LMI is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist for a Federal DoW client. This is a fully remote position. A successful ServiceNow Implementation Specialist will demonstrate competency in ServiceNow, requirements analysis, critical thinking, and business growth while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

Deliver the full implementation life cycle to support the deployment of ServiceNow modules into complex client environments
• Work with Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual environment.
• Develop a good understanding of the customer's ServiceNow business needs.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand the mission needs of the client and implement those requirements in ServiceNow
• Provide technical expertise on all technical questions related to assigned implementation on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deliver in progress and final capability demonstrations of ServiceNow implementation to client stakeholders
• Implement ServiceNow modules for multiple customers.
• Implement configurations and customizations for multiple customers.
• Create and manage workspaces, business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Undergraduate degree required. Degree in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or a related discipline preferred.
• This position requires six (6) or more years' work experience.
• Four (4) or more years' experience in configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow platform or applications.
• Demonstrated experience in implementation and deployment of ServiceNow modules using Agile DevSecOps techniques in a client environment
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities in a client environment
• Demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow Business Rules and the scripting aspects of the ServiceNow Platform.
• Experience in ServiceNow application implementation and deployment
• Some travel may be required within CONUS only

Desired Experience

• Experience implementing ServiceNow within a Human Centered Design framework
• Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow Service Portal pages and widgets
• Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow Workspaces.
• Demonstrated experience with the implementation of ServiceNow in Customer Service Management (CSM) and one additional module: Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) domain, Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) or Integrated Risk Management.
• Demonstrated experience implementing ServiceNow modules to clients in the US Federal Government

Desired Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM

Target salary range: $76,000 - $130,000.

The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.
