Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist for a Federal DoD client. This fully remote role requires delivering the full implementation life cycle and collaborating with Agile teams to meet mission needs.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years experience, 4+ years in ServiceNow configuration/implementation, and proficiency with Agile DevSecOps. Travel within CONUS may be required. Target salary range: $76,000-$130,000.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; degree in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or related discipline preferred.
• Six or more years' work experience.
• Four or more years in configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow platform or applications.
• Experience with Agile DevSecOps in client environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities in a client environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow Business Rules and scripting on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Some travel may be required within CONUS only.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the full implementation life cycle to support deployment of ServiceNow modules into complex client environments.
• Work with Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual environment.
• Develop an understanding of the customer's ServiceNow business needs.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand mission needs and implement those requirements in ServiceNow.
• Provide technical expertise on all technical questions related to assigned implementation on ServiceNow.
• Deliver progress and final capability demonstrations of ServiceNow implementation to client stakeholders.
• Implement ServiceNow modules for multiple customers.
• Implement configurations and customizations for multiple customers.
• Create and manage workspaces, business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals.

Required Experience

• Undergraduate degree required. Degree in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or a related discipline preferred.
• This position requires six (6) or more years' work experience.
• Four (4) or more years' experience in configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow platform or applications.
• Demonstrated experience in implementation and deployment of ServiceNow modules using Agile DevSecOps techniques in a client environment
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities in a client environment
• Demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow Business Rules and the scripting aspects of the ServiceNow Platform.
• Experience in ServiceNow application implementation and deployment
• Some travel may be required within CONUS only

Desired Experience

• Experience implementing ServiceNow within a Human Centered Design framework
• Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow Service Portal pages and widgets
• Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow Workspaces.
• Demonstrated experience with the implementation of ServiceNow in Customer Service Management (CSM) and one additional module: Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) domain, Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) or Integrated Risk Management.
• Demonstrated experience implementing ServiceNow modules to clients in the US Federal Government

Target salary range: $76,000 - $130,000.
