Everforth ECS is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Mid-Level Developer to work remotely. You will design and implement HR Service Delivery solutions with deep Microsoft 365 integration experience.

You’ll lead technical projects, optimize employee experiences, and connect ServiceNow with the Microsoft ecosystem. Responsibilities include building and maintaining HRSD modules, automating onboarding/offboarding workflows, creating self-service portals, and integrating with HRIS systems.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and implementing HR Service Delivery solutions in ServiceNow.
• Strong integration experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor developers.

Aufgaben

• Design and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules (Employee Service Center, Case Management, Lifecycle Events).
• Develop automated onboarding/offboarding/workflows and employee self-service portals.
• Integrate with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP).
• Integrate ServiceNow with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Teams; build Teams bots for HR notifications.
