ServiceNow HRSD Integration Specialist

Job summary

Veriipro seeks a qualified ServiceNow HRSD professional to configure and enhance HRSD modules, employee service centers, and knowledge portals. You will design and implement integrations with Workday, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory, and develop REST API-based integrations to automate HR workflows.

You will analyze employee journeys, improve self-service, and support AI-powered employee support solutions while collaborating with HR, IT, and Security teams to deliver superior service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD, HR technology, employee experience platforms, or HR process automation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD and employee self-service solutions.
• Experience integrating Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with workflow automation and case management.
• Knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support Virtual Agents, conversational interfaces, knowledge management, and employee productivity solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and Employee Experience teams to improve service delivery.
• Prepare business requirements, process flows, integration specifications, and user stories.
• Explore AI-powered employee support solutions using Moveworks, Microsoft Copilot, and enterprise AI assistants.
