Job summary

Alldus is seeking a remote ServiceNow HRSD Developer on a contract basis to design, develop, and implement HRSD solutions. The role focuses on HRSD processes, ServiceNow modules (Incident Management, Request Management and Knowledge Management), and integrations with HR systems, with a strong emphasis on collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust configurations.

You will document configurations and workflows, ensure quality deliverables, and support automation to streamline HR service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR service delivery processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: Incident Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize and configure HRSD modules to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies and client scripts.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
• Implement and optimize HRSD processes to streamline and improve HR service delivery.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other HR systems and external applications as needed.
• Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, architects and other developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations, customizations and integrations.
• Document HRSD processes and workflows for reference and training purposes.
