Job summary

Sustainable Talent is partnering with NVIDIA to hire a ServiceNow HRSD Developer to support the Nvidia team. This is a full-time W-2 role based in Santa Clara, CA with remote options.

You will design, develop, and integrate HRSD solutions, leverage Flow Designer and AI features to improve self-service and case resolution, and collaborate with HR and IT across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow HRSD development and administration.
• Certification in ServiceNow HRSD is required.
• Experience building and managing integrations from ServiceNow to HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and configure HRSD solutions within ServiceNow including Case & Knowledge Management and Employee Service Center.
• Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and various HR systems.
• Develop AI-enabled HR service delivery using Now Assist and AI Agents.
• Collaborate with IT partners to ensure governance, security, and architecture alignment.
• Conduct unit testing and document configurations and deployments.
