Job summary

Sustainable Talent, partnering with NVIDIA, seeks a ServiceNow HRSD Developer to support a growing team in Santa Clara, CA. This is a full-time W-2 contract role offering competitive pay and benefits.

You will design and implement scalable HRSD solutions, build integrations with HR systems, and leverage AI features to streamline HR workflows. Collaboration with IT and HR teams across time zones is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on ServiceNow development and administration with HRSD focus.
• ServiceNow HRSD certification is required.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON for ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience building integrations with HR solutions (e.g., Workday HRMS, Cornerstone OnDemand, Beeline).

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and configure scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and HR systems.
• Optimize HR processes using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and APIs.
• Provide technical guidance on feasibility, trade-offs and risks.
• Develop AI-enabled HR service delivery using Now Assist and AI Agents.
• Assess long-term scalability and maintainability of designs.
• Collaborate with IT partners on governance, security, and architecture.
• Conduct unit tests and maintain deployment documentation.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams.
