Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration, focused on HRSD.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and configure scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions (Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events).
• Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and HR solutions; coordinate requirements with owners.
• Optimize HR processes using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and ServiceNow APIs to meet business needs.
• Provide technical advisory on feasibility, risks, and trade-offs; collaborate with internal HR teams.
• Design and implement AI-enabled HR service delivery using Now Assist, AI Agents, and generative AI capabilities.
• Assess long-term scalability and provide recommendations for robust, maintainable designs.
• Collaborate with IT partners on issues impacting the ServiceNow platform within governance and security policies.
• Perform unit testing and maintain detailed configuration documentation.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions to enable internal teams to support integrations.
• Ensure compliance with regional work authorization requirements and client timelines.
