ServiceNow seeks a Director of Engineering for HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to lead architecture, delivery, and evolution of critical HRSD services serving global enterprises. You will guide an engineering organization of ~20 engineers, shape technical strategy, and ensure scalable, secure cloud services powering employee experiences.

You will drive the adoption of AI-assisted development, improve productivity, and align with product and design to deliver customer value across the HRSD portfolio.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise-scale products.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership, including managers and senior leaders.
• Demonstrated success driving technical strategy and execution across teams.
• Proven track record of building high-performing engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy, architecture, delivery, and operational excellence of HRSD services.
• Lead AI-native employee experiences and workflows with product/design partnerships.
• Shape long-term architectural decisions for scalability, reliability, and extensibility.
• Transform engineering with AI-driven practices to boost productivity and quality.
