Qualifikationen

• 8–11 years hands‑on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
• Proven advisory consulting and technical delivery track record.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations.
• Ability to lead client workshops and translate business processes into technical solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future state strategies.
• Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and priorities.
• Conduct value assessments and adoption strategies for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM.
• Design governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive design consensus.
• Configure/ customize modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery.
• Manage integrations with third‑party tools (Qualys, Tenable, SCCM, JAMF).
• Prepare proposals and SOWs; estimate effort and define scope.
