Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience developing or configuring ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Experience with JavaScript/Glide scripting and ServiceNow configuration.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, or related ServiceNow modules.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
• Self-starter who can work collaboratively and take initiative.
• Must reside in the Washington, DC/DMV area.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, test, and support solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Support ServiceNow modules including CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, and HRSD.
• Develop and configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and workflow automation.
• Support custom-scoped ServiceNow application development.
• Work with JavaScript/Glide, HTML5, jQuery, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Assist with Flow Designer, integrations, release management, and production support.
• Gather and document technical and business requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, daily scrums, development reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, implementation plans, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, operations teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Support integration of ServiceNow with external applications and systems.
• Assist with testing, debugging, and validation prior to production deployment.
