Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for 100% remote work in the United States. You will build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications, focusing on declarative and programmatic development, workflows, scripting, integrations, and UI customization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
• Focus on hand-on configuration and development—workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions.
• Ensure solutions are upgrade-safe, performant, and maintainable.
