Ampcus Inc is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - ServiceNow Developer to join our Reston, VA team.

The ideal candidate will mature our customer service products built on the ServiceNow platform, lead delivery, and collaborate with business units and process managers to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions. You will work on complex applications, drive continuous improvement, and mentor teammates to achieve high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science required.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with CSM, ITSM, and CMDB modules.
• Proficient in ServiceNow APIs and scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise environments.
• Develop and maintain complex integrations and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters.
• Provide technical leadership during stakeholder meetings to define software requirements and roadmaps.
