Job summary
Atlas Federal Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to remotely design and extend ServiceNow solutions that automate manual processes for federal agencies. You will develop workflows, forms, and integrations, primarily via REST and SOAP, and automate with Flow Designer and server-side scripting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or custom scoped applications.
- Understanding of integration patterns and API security.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and forms.
- Build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via REST and SOAP.
- Automate manual processes using Flow Designer and server-side scripting.
- Support platform upgrades, testing, and release management.
- Troubleshoot defects and platform performance issues.
- Document technical designs and configuration decisions.
