Job summary

Atlas Federal Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to remotely design and extend ServiceNow solutions that automate manual processes for federal agencies. You will develop workflows, forms, and integrations, primarily via REST and SOAP, and automate with Flow Designer and server-side scripting.

The role emphasizes upgrades, testing, release management, and thorough documentation of designs and configurations, contributing to mission-driven work and a collaborative, inclusive team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or custom scoped applications.
• Understanding of integration patterns and API security.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) preferred.
