Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Project Management, Technical Delivery and/or Delivery Leadership role; working with customers, documenting and gathering requirements, and developing strategies and efficiencies across the platform
• Certification (not mandatory, preferred) in ITAM, ITBM, APM, SPM, WSD, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, IRM, ITSM, Service Portal (UX Deign), etc.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand detailed business requirements; map requirements to software solutions.
• Assist in developing and supporting software applications.
• Provide expertise with development methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
• Assist in developing and supporting software applications. Design and implement new functionality and enhancements to the software product.
• Assist in preparing high-level design documents based on project requirements.
• Evaluate business requirements, work with process flow diagrams, and document business cases
• Partner with project leadership teams to identify efficiencies, growth opportunities and product/platform roadmap(s).
