Job summary

NTT DATA Americas, Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Leader / Delivery Executive to guide clients through ServiceNow implementations and roadmap development. You will partner with clients, architects, and project teams to drive delivery excellence and value realization.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong delivery leadership and consulting skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote role with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
5+ years of Consulting, Project Management, or Delivery Leadership roles.
Certification in ServiceNow areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze and map detailed business requirements to software solutions.
Develop and support software applications.
Provide expertise in development methodologies and standards for analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
Design and implement new functionality and enhancements to the software product.
Prepare high-level design documents from project requirements.
Evaluate requirements using process flow diagrams and document business cases.
Partner with leadership to identify efficiencies and roadmap opportunities.
Assist with training materials and client fulfiller training sessions.
