Job summary

ICF is seeking an ITSM Process Implementer with a strong ServiceNow background to lead CMDB, ITSM, and ITIL solutions for federal clients. Remote work is available with occasional on-site requirement in the United States, and occasional travel for collaboration may occur.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in ServiceNow, familiarity with Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations, and a CSA certification or higher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years ServiceNow experience including Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM migration.
• US Citizenship or Green Card required due to federal contract.
• MUST RESIDE IN THE United States as work is performed in the U.S.
• Preferred: ServiceNow CIS ITSM certification.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and communicate the vision and roadmap for CMDB products and services.
• Collaborate with ITSM process owners, managers, and stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements using agile methods.
• Design, configure, and implement the ServiceNow ITSM platform following ITIL best practices.
