Job summary
Cognizant is seeking a Senior Manager ServiceNow Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions across the ServiceNow platform. This remote role supports Agile teams, partners with stakeholders, and leads discovery sessions to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years in IT/business analysis, 4+ years with ServiceNow, and hold CSA plus additional ServiceNow certifications.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT/business analysis experience.
- 4+ years with the ServiceNow platform including ITSM/CSM/FSM/Asset Management.
- Current ServiceNow CSA certification is required.
- At least one additional active ServiceNow certification is required.
- Proven experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders and teams.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, flows and specs.
- Prioritize backlogs with product owners and support Agile ceremonies.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Coordinate UAT, document defects, and support resolutions.
