Job summary

Everise is hiring an Assistant Manager ServiceNow to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications across ITAM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM to meet business needs. This permanent role is based remotely in India.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, guide technical direction, create custom workflows, troubleshoot performance, and train end-users on ServiceNow features. Strong scripting in JavaScript/HTML and REST integrations are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• Experience with JavaScript/HTML scripting in ServiceNow.
