Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 0–3 years in ServiceNow, ITSM support, or related analysis roles.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reporting.
• Eligibility for a Public Trust and U.S. citizenship for a remote federal position.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow features.
• Configure basic workflows, forms, catalogs, and reports in ServiceNow.
• Maintain platform documentation, architecture diagrams, and data flows.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster‑recovery planning and testing.
• Contribute to user guides and knowledge base materials.
• Coordinate with engineers on complex enhancements and UAT.
• Assist with routine operations and monitoring of the platform.
