Job summary
A3 Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Engineer to join a mission-critical team and develop a custom Insider Threat application for the DoD. You will design and extend custom ServiceNow apps, focusing on secure, scalable solutions for DoD analysts.
The role requires 3+ years of ServiceNow development, API work, and RMF/STIG compliance, with remote work around the DC area and active Top Secret clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development in a federal/DoD context.
- Experience building custom ServiceNow apps: Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Service Portal/Workspace.
- Strong API development (REST/SOAP) and practical use of ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML/CSS; secure coding with DevSecOps, RMF, and STIGs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow apps with high performance and scalability.
- Translate user stories into code, building workflows, pages, and script includes.
- Collaborate with UI/UX to deliver an intuitive experience for DoD analysts.
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of issues.
