Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. seeks a Svc Business Mgr to drive service requirements for new product development and US product introduction.

This remote role partners with upstream service marketing and engineering to ensure serviceability and CTQ goals are met, while coordinating global service plans. You will own CIRB/GCIRB action items for the business, develop service models, and lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize costs and reliability across modalities and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in the medical imaging industry.
• 4 years' experience in an engineering environment with emphasis in systems level engineering design or engineering project management.
• 4 years project management experience in an environment with multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering documentation standards and methods.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage corrective action plans for installed base and new products.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure good engineering practices.
• Drive ROI-driven process improvements for service and product engineering.
• Coordinate service tools and training for deployment of new products.
