Job summary

Allstate Insurance Company is hiring a Distribution Service Strategy Business Architect Senior Consultant I to join the Sales and Distribution team. The role uses AI-enabled research and analytics to assess service journeys, processes, and data, translating findings into actionable outcomes that support the Service Simplification strategy.

Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
• 3+ years of experience (Preferred).
• Insurance business acumen (Preferred).
• Ability to manage projects.
• Ability to analyze data (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of Service Simplification, business strategy, operating models, journeys, and enabling tech to guide analysis.
• Use AI tools and analytics to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for simplification.
• Analyze journeys, processes, data, feedback to surface friction and improvement needs.
• Develop AI-assisted research plans, prompts, and repeatable analysis approaches.
• Translate analysis into clear artifacts: insights, current-state assessments, and recommendations.
• Validate needs with stakeholders and frame solution options for Service Simplification.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts across people, process, data, technology.
• Create concise narratives and visuals linking evidence to outcomes for decision-makers.
• Maintain traceability from inputs to needs, recommendations, and concepts.
• Contribute reusable AI-enabled analysis templates and assets.
