Job summary

Allstate Insurance Company is seeking an individual contributor-level Business Architect Sr. Consultant I to drive AI-enabled research and service simplification across the Sales and Distribution team.

The role partners with business, technology, data, and UX stakeholders to document current and future states, develop actionable recommendations, and advance solutions that simplify service for customers and agents.

Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Insurance domain knowledge preferred.
• Ability to manage projects and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Guide analysis of service journeys and processes to identify simplification opportunities.
• Develop AI-assisted research plans and repeatable analysis methods.
• Document current and future state recommendations with clear artifacts and evidence.
• Collaborate with business, technology, data, operations, and user experience stakeholders to validate needs and frame solutions.
