Job summary

ORR Protection is seeking a Service Coordinator to coordinate routine service, emergency calls, and repairs for customers nationwide. You will work with customers, subcontractors and field teams to ensure on-time, SLA-compliant work while maintaining accurate ERP data and profitable scheduling.

The role requires strong organization, analytical thinking and data-driven decision making, with high proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit field orders in ERP.
• Audit validity of field orders in ERP.
• Dispatch field orders.
• Schedule subcontractors.
• Cut subcontractor purchase orders.
• Work with field operations to create profit-driven routine service schedules meeting SLAs.
• Achieve monthly on-time completion targets.
• Confirm and coordinate routine service schedules with customer and teams.
• Maintain accurate field order statuses.
• Work with field ops to create and obtain profit-driven schedules for scheduled repairs meeting due dates and SLAs.
• Dispatch, confirm and coordinate scheduled repairs with customer and subcontractor teams.
• Take emergency service calls via phone, email, text, IM or portal.
• Dispatch, confirm and coordinate emergency service with teams.
• Aim to meet daily/weekly revenue targets.
• Create sales orders in ERP.
• Confirm quote function in ERP for emergency service.
• Enter data into ERP or other systems.
• Respond promptly to customer needs via multiple channels.
• Maintain communication with customer or account team until resolution.
• Customer portal entry.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Respond to, enter, manage and maintain scheduled activities in ERP.
• Assist with subcontractor scheduling or escalation as needed.
• Participate in internal and customer meetings.
• Conform to company quality system.
