Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to schedule service calls and maintain service job quotes.
• Schedule, dispatch, and track status of technicians.
• Open and update work orders.
• Responsible for service job quotes.
• Collect, review, and process technician documentation including Field Service Reports, time, expenses, parts requests, and RFQs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support technicians and their needs to complete service orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
