Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a skilled administrator for remote work in Germany to support service sales and operations. In this role you will maintain records across Servicemax, Salesforce and LOTS, process PO and invoicing workflows, and prepare time-and-material quotations for non-contract customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English required in writing and speaking.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.
• Experience with Servicemax and SFDC a plus.
• Experience with LOTS is an advantage.
• Ambitious, proactive and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain Servicemax, Salesforce, LOTS and other records to ensure accurate data.
• Collect purchase orders and ensure timely invoicing of service contracts and Time and Materials.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical Service teams to generate quotes for non-contract customers.
• Act as main point of contact for customer queries by phone and email.
• Identify, qualify and secure service sales opportunities within established processes.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including local sales teams and Technical Service.
