Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a results-oriented role to oversee the delivery of service projects and Customer Care Agreements across North America. You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor costs, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining safety standards.

The role reports to the North American Mining & Material Service Manager, and involves remote work in the Western United States with collaboration across functions to optimize contracts and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience managing industrial control systems and electrical projects in industrial/utilities markets.
• Experience in managing project scope, cost, finances, schedules and vendors/subcontractors.
• Collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken communication.
• PMP designation desired; English fluency; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of service projects and ABB Customer Care Agreements in North America.
• Monitor cost control, resource efficiency, and HSE across service orders.
• Analyze project risks and share lessons learned with teams.
• Coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers.
• Prepare quotes and implement contract changes based on requests.
• Ensure service order deliverables meet contract requirements and timelines.
