Job summary

ABB is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of service projects and Customer Care Agreements in North America. The role reports to the North American Mining & Material Service Manager and emphasizes meeting customer requirements with a focus on cost control and HSE.

Work is remote in the Western US with collaboration across engineering, testing, and site activities, and coordination with sub-contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar Engineering.
• 5+ years' experience managing industrial control systems and electrical projects; experience in industrial/utilities markets is required.
• PMP designation is desired; strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of service projects and ABB Customer Care Agreements in North America.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by meeting requirements and targets across customer orders.
• Analyze risks, coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers.
