Job summary

Lumos is seeking a Supervisor — Service Operations to lead service teams and ensure top-tier customer experiences during installations or troubleshooting. This role blends remote leadership with on-site responsibilities in Louisville, KY, requiring a driver’s license and willingness to travel to worksites as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in telecom service operations, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ Service Operations experience in telecommunications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong people leadership and project management abilities.
• Able to travel to worksites as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises teams to meet service and quality objectives and reports metrics.
• Provides direction to managers in quality assurance, safety, productivity, and budget adherence.
• Oversees field visits to assess customer service quality and coordinate installations/repairs.
• Manages timesheets, contractor invoicing, and expense reporting.
