Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Service Director to oversee service operations across the Pacific Northwest, leading a team of Biomedical Technicians at customer sites. The role is remote with travel to customer sites up to two weeks per month, and candidates should reside in the Pacific Northwest service area.

The position demands strong leadership, customer relationship management, and deep knowledge of biomedical equipment service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years in medical services; or Associate's with 6+ years; or HS Diploma with 10+ years in medical services.
• Leadership experience required including leading technical teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact to customers for timely resolution of concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of region, coverage area, or product lines and coordinate internal support.
• Establish and maintain ongoing technical and business support to customers in the region.
• Demonstrate people leadership with ability to hire and develop talent.
• Use technical knowledge and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
• Understand how the area integrates with others and market factors.
