Ladders is seeking a Service Director to lead regional service delivery and act as the primary contact for customer issues. You will manage a team of biomedical technicians and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality support across the assigned area.

The role requires strong judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to improve service outcomes in a customer-facing environment. Remote work in the US is supported with significant travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the medical services industry.
• 4-10 years of relevant experience required.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer site visits.
• Ability to work remotely with a dedicated office space and high-speed internet.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
