Zusammenfassung

GE HealthCare is seeking a Service Director to lead the Greater Portland Oregon service area, overseeing diagnostic imaging service/installation and driving customer satisfaction. You will coach Field Engineers, partner with the Market Service VP, and manage relationships with customers and the commercial team to execute on growth, visibility, and profitability while ensuring timely issue resolution.

Must live in the Greater Portland area or relocate, with 40-50% travel and a relocation package

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with at least 4 years related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in leading teams with coaching and mentoring responsibilities.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems and to lead programs/projects.
• Proven experience in successfully managing customer relationships.
• Must live or be willing to relocate to the Greater Portland area with relocation package available.
• Willingness to travel 2-3 days in the field (40-50% travel).
