Job summary

GTT is seeking a Manager, Service Delivery - Project Management to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering complex managed services and Ethernet solutions to enterprise customers across the Americas. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and vendors to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery and alignment with SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of telecommunications experience, including 1+ year managing direct reports.
• Project management experience delivering network, Ethernet, or managed services.
• Experience with IP Transit, DIA, SD‑WAN, MPLS, Ethernet, or cloud networking.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers delivering customer-facing telecommunications projects
• Own service delivery performance, including SLAs, KPIs, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project milestones and business objectives
• Proactively identify, escalates, and resolve delivery risks and issues
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and team capability
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and enterprise customers
