Job summary

GTT is seeking a Manager, Service Delivery – Project Management to lead a team responsible for delivering complex managed services and Ethernet solutions to enterprise customers across the Americas. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and vendors to ensure projects are on time, in scope, and aligned to SLAs.

The role requires 3–5 years in telecom with leadership experience, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in telecommunications with leadership exposure.
• Project management delivering network, Ethernet, or managed services.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of project managers delivering customer-facing telecommunications projects.
• Own service delivery performance, including SLAs, KPIs, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project milestones and objectives.
• Proactively identify, elevate, and resolve delivery risks and issues.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and team capability.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and enterprise customers.
