Job summary

Thomson Reuters Corp. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of support and consulting services for assigned clients using C-Track solutions in production environments.

You will manage SLAs, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in service delivery management, and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in a service delivery management role.
• Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and SMEs and facilitate consensus.
• Highly organized with problem solving, troubleshooting, prioritization, time management, risk management and analytical skills.
• Experience working with virtual teams to deliver service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the support and consulting services engagement with assigned clients using C-Track solutions in a production environment.
• Be responsible for executing, managing, and delivering on service level agreements with assigned clients.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and third-party partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor feedback to address requests or issues promptly.
