Thomson Reuters is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee support and consulting services for assigned clients utilizing C-Track solutions in production. You will manage SLAs, build strong client relationships, and ensure satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams and partners.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in service delivery, and the ability to work with executives, virtual teams, and in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel (10–20%) is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years in a service delivery management role.
• Ability to interact with executives and stakeholders and facilitate consensus.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, prioritization, and analytical skills.
• Experience with managing technical policies in the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work with virtual teams and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage support and consulting services engagement with assigned clients using C-Track solutions.
• Deliver on service level agreements with clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Balance client advocacy with business goals to deliver value.
