Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 2+ years' experience in a service delivery management role.
• Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and SMEs and facilitate consensus.
• Knowledge in service delivery management, business operations, and customer service.
• Highly organized with problem solving, prioritization, time management, risk management, escalation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with managing virtual teams to deliver service.

Responsibilities

• Manages the support and consulting services engagement with assigned clients using C-Track solutions in a production environment.
• Manages and delivers on service level agreements with assigned client(s).
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients and partners.
• Ensure client satisfaction and respond quickly to requests or problems.
• Understand product offerings and align them with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with testing and evaluation groups to identify issues in services and software.
• Travel 10-20% as needed.
