Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Service Delivery Manager to oversee support and consulting engagements for clients using C-Track in production. You will manage SLAs, build client relationships, and work with internal teams and partners to ensure value delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in service delivery, strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; 2+ years in a service delivery management role.
• Ability to interact with executives, managers, and SMEs and facilitate consensus.
• Knowledge in service delivery management, business operations, and customer service.
• Highly organized with problem solving, troubleshooting, prioritization, time management, risk management, escalation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with virtual teams to deliver service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently.
• Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage support and consulting services engagement with assigned clients using C-Track in production, providing stabilization and ongoing production support.
• Execute, manage, and deliver on service level agreements with assigned clients.
• Build and maintain relationships internally and with third-party partners.
• Balance client advocacy with business goals to deliver best value solution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction within assigned clients and monitor satisfaction.
