Qualifications

• 2+ years in a service delivery management role or equivalent.
• Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and SMEs and facilitate consensus.

Responsibilities

• Manage support and consulting services engagements for assigned clients in production.
• Deliver and manage SLAs with clients and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships internally and with third-party partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and respond quickly to requests or problems.
• Coordinate with testing/validation groups for new applications and fixes.
• Travel 10–20% as needed.
