Job summary

ADNET, a New Charter Company, is seeking a Dispatcher for a 100% remote position to coordinate TAC operations and ensure high-quality client support.

You will prioritize tickets, schedule technicians, monitor SLAs, and maintain ConnectWise records, while collaborating with TAC engineers and service delivery leadership.

The role requires at least three years of experience in service coordination or dispatch and strong communication skills; East Coast remote preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in a service coordination or dispatcher role.
• Experience prioritizing, routing, and scheduling tickets and resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate TAC resources to support client needs and meet SLA targets.
• Prioritize and assign tickets to appropriate technicians and reassign as needed.
• Schedule technicians for tickets, projects, and service activities.
• Monitor queues, escalations, and service levels to ensure timely support.
• Provide clients with timely updates on ticket status and next steps.
• Maintain accurate ticket and activity records in ConnectWise.
• Document processes and contribute to SOPs to improve efficiency.
