Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in customer service, healthcare, or admin support.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficient data entry and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume call center.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
