Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Return-to-Work (RTW) Coordinator to join our team in the US. The role involves independent handling of routine cases, escalating complex issues to RN Case Manager as needed, and supporting daily RTW management for injured workers.

The position requires a high school diploma, basic medical knowledge, and strong data-entry and communication skills. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills and judgment evidenced by a minimum of one year’s experience or education in a medical setting/field.
• Understanding of medical terminology, medical office procedures and workers’ compensation regulations.
• Proficient in data entry, word processing and skilled in the use of general office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally, with persons at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Reviews injury/medical reports. Formulates a plan of action to expedite RTW full duty.
• Determines type of injury and work status.
• Manages individual injuries and transfers file to RN Case Manager for medical case management when appropriate.
• Contacts appropriate offices to verify information and promote transitional duty programs.
• Maintains accurate, timely, and professional record entries.
• Establishes and facilitates cooperative relationships with team members, client companies, providers and adjusters.
• Updates management data screens for accurate customer reporting.
