Job summary

Compound Growth Marketing seeks an SEO & Content Manager to own SEO and AI-search visibility for a portfolio of B2B accounts. You’ll lead a team of analysts, shape strategy, and partner with a Head of SEO to drive client results.

This role emphasizes hands-on execution, content planning, and evidence-based recommendations, with a fully remote setup and collaboration across client teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct SEO experience.
• 2+ years agency experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated national B2B SEO experience.
• Hands-on technical SEO expertise (crawlability, site architecture, schema, page experience).
• Proven track record of directing content strategy across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO and AEO strategy for a portfolio of 6–12 B2B client accounts and guide analysts.
• Maintain a 3–6 month forward view for each account and plan adjustments.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align work with client budgets and capacity.
• Own content strategy including topics, structure, and optimization guidance.
• Lead deliverables and ensure quality across audits, briefs, and client reports.
• Coach analysts and participate in hiring, performance reviews, and growth decisions.
