This role emphasizes strategic thinking, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with copy, design, and development teams. The position is 99% remote with occasional travel for training or planning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience and should understand how strong SEO strategies are actually executed.
• Able to think strategically while handling detailed tasks and data.
• Excitement about how AI is changing search and helping shape the next solutions.
• Understand content, local, technical, UX, and on-page SEO as interconnected parts of a larger strategy.
• Able to prioritize opportunities based on potential impact rather than just completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO strategy and performance across an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Set annual, quarterly, and monthly SEO priorities aligned to client goals and performance.
• Identify high-impact opportunities across content, local, technical SEO, UX, and conversions.
• Translate data into clear recommendations and actionable next steps; lead SEO implementation with the team.
• Evaluate performance continuously and adjust strategies to improve traffic, visibility, and leads.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, developers, PMs, and leadership to execute SEO plans.
