Job summary

Silverback Strategies is a fully remote performance marketing agency serving clients across the continental United States. We seek an SEO Manager to own multiple client strategies, lead reporting calls, and drive growth through data-driven decisions and AI-enabled testing.

You will manage a portfolio of 4–6 accounts, push the boundaries of AI-driven search, and collaborate with measurement, paid media, and creative teams to deliver measurable results for our clients.

Qualifications

• Agency background with proven SEO results.
• 3+ years of overall marketing/SEO experience; 5+ preferred.
• Comfortable presenting to and engaging with clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, innovation and performance for multiple client SEO programs.
• Hands-on AI search testing and optimization.
• Analyze performance data and translate into actionable insights.
• Lead client status and reporting calls as primary SEO contact.
• Build scalable content systems, pillar pages, and internal linking.
• Collaborate with measurement, paid media, and creative teams.
