Job summary

Compound Growth Marketing is expanding its SEO practice and seeking an SEO Manager to lead strategy for 6–12 B2B client accounts. You will supervise analysts, drive AEO/GEO visibility, and partner with an Account Manager to communicate strategy and results.

This hands-on leadership role includes hiring and career growth within the practice. You will own the output quality, define benchmarks, and translate performance into actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct SEO experience.
• 2+ years agency experience.
• Demonstrated national B2B SEO experience.
• Hands-on technical SEO experience (crawlability, site architecture, schema, page experience).
• Proven track record directing content strategy for multi-client books.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO and AEO strategy for your portfolio and translate performance data into a prioritized plan for analysts.
• Maintain a 3–6 month forward view for each account.
• Scope planned work with Project Managers against client budgets and capacity.
• Own content strategy for your portfolio and guide analysts.
